Also my bulk box of Charcoal Bones arrived well packaged, with an inner bag liner (as did the previous one, though earlier ones did not). The charcoal bones do a great job of cutting down dogs farting & they love them. I'm trying some of the other bones as well this time & initial signs are of happy dog!

I've been buying this for several years now, my collie loves them - they seem a little crunchier this time, not that matters to me or the the dog, does make them easier to break into smaller training treats. Love the new lining to the box, saves all the crumbs going everywhere! barely no broken biscuits either. all in all a very happy girl and her collie.

500g bags not available at time of making order so following phone call to customer services I decided to order a 7.5kg box, was surprised to find that the bones were in a plastic bag that wasn't sealed and wide open in an ordinary cardboard box, so am not sure how fresh they are, fortunately so far hounds haven't shown any signs of discomfort from them. Have purchased bones for quite a while now and have always found them to be a good product that the hounds always eat.
